House on a Hill
Nothing demands durability like a home exposed on all sides to the elements.
Stucco siding was a great choice by the homeowners to stand up to the unique weather extremes here on the Central Coast. Choosing the right finish would help the stucco last many years, in spite of the abundance of exposure.
We used Frazee elastomeric finish, which is designed to stretch and contract with the surface it is applied to. The mid-tone color integrates seamlessly with the natural surrounding landscape, along with the installed hardscape stonework.
Beautiful wood support beams at the roofline were coated with an exterior natural tone clear stain. Exterior doors were painted to match the stucco siding, and blend in with the texture of the exterior siding.
The result was a warm, inviting, and mature look on a brand new home.
